Job Description As we work towards establishing our presence globally we are looking to hire a leader to build and establish the We are looking for a dynamic Business Finance Manager to partner with business leaders in driving financial performance, profitability, and strategic decision-making. The role requires strong commercial acumen, financial controllership, and the ability to translate business drivers into financial outcomes. You will act as a bridge between Finance and Business teams, ensuring robust planning, forecasting, and execution for sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Business Partnering & Decision Support Act as the lead finance partner for business units/brands to drive growth and profitability. Provide actionable insights through financial modeling, variance analysis, and ROI evaluation. Support category/brand heads in strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, and cost optimization. Financial Planning & Controllership Lead annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans. Ensure robust controllership, compliance, and risk management across business units. Monitor working capital, cash flow, and overall financial health of the portfolio. Commercial & Supply Chain Finance Drive financial performance for plants, manufacturing, and supply chain operations. Manage cost efficiencies, productivity, and operational KPIs across the value chain. Support vendor negotiations, procurement, and contracts from a finance perspective. Business Reporting Prepare business performance reports for leadership and board reviews. Drive standardization of MIS, dashboards, and KPIs for effective decision-making. Ensure accurate financial reporting aligned with corporate governance standards. Qualifications Qualified CA with relevant years of progressive experience in Business Finance / Commercial Finance / Controllership. Strong exposure to P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and supply chain finance. Experience in SAP, GST implementation, and finance transformation will be an advantage.
