Business Analyst

Role Overview We are looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with the Central Operations and Product teams. The role involves tracking business performance, analysing data, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting data-driven business decisions. Key Responsibilities Track key business metrics such as Revenue, Orders, AOV, Contribution Margin, Retention, and Customer Complaints. Monitor performance across outlets, cities, and sales channels (App, Swiggy, Zomato, POS, and Subscription Cards). Analyse sales trends, pricing, discounts, and campaigns to identify opportunities for business growth. Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and regular performance reports. Conduct root cause analysis to identify performance gaps and suggest improvements. Evaluate the impact of business initiatives, product changes, and promotional campaigns. Work with Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to track and execute business initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in Business Analytics or a similar role. Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, XLOOKUP, etc.). Working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Key Competencies Strong analytical and business understanding. Attention to detail.
