Job description
Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure the timely preparation and presentation of high-quality food. Plan menus develop new recipes and introduce innovative dishes according to guest preferences and resort standards. Supervise train and motivate kitchen staff including Sous Chefs Commis Chefs and other kitchen team members.
