Job requirements
Experience Range: Professionals with at least 4 years of experience in business consulting or product management, including direct exposure to NetSuite as a business systems analyst Key Responsibilities: 1. Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for NetSuite enhancements and new functionality by partnering with finance, accounting, and operations stakeholders 2. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams to ensure accurate implementation 3. Configure and maintain NetSuite features, including saved searches, custom fields, forms, roles, and basic workflow adjustments to optimize system performance 4. Plan and execute user acceptance testing, develop test cases, and track defects to ensure quality delivery of NetSuite solutions 5. Provide expert guidance and resolve issues for NetSuite users, continuously improving operational workflows 6. Collaborate with developers, architects, and integration teams to deliver system changes that meet business needs and align with product roadmap 7. Maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes, system configurations, and change history to ensure transparency and compliance 8. Identify and resolve system-related issues impacting financial reporting and operational accuracy during period-close activities Required Skills: 1. NetSuite platform configuration and administration 2. SuiteAnalytics reporting and advanced saved searches 3. Expertise in NetSuite core modules: General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets 4. Requirements gathering and functional specification development for ERP systems 5. User story creation and acceptance criteria definition 6. NetSuite workflow customization 7. System testing, including UAT planning and defect tracking Preferred Skills: 1. Experience with Zip or similar procurement/purchase order management platforms 2. Familiarity with Salesforce-to-NetSuite integration processes 3. Exposure to multi-subsidiary NetSuite environments 4. Experience supporting or coordinating ERP implementations or major system upgrades Desired Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, or a closely related discipline 2. NetSuite SuiteFoundation or ERP Consultant certification (preferred) 3. Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar business analysis certification (preferred)
