Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role Growth is a numbers game, and we’re looking for someone who loves playing it. As our Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll own the full digital funnel: paid media, SEO, analytics, lead generation, and marketing automation. Every campaign you run will be judged by one standard: does it bring in quality customers at a healthy return? You’ll also put AI tools to work every day to test faster, automate repetitive tasks, and uncover insights others miss. What You’ll Do Paid Media and Performance Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and display networks, and test emerging channels such as ChatGPT Ads as they become available Own budgets, audience targeting, remarketing, ad creatives, conversion tracking, and A/B testing Drive down CPC, CPL, CPA, and CAC while pushing up ROAS and conversion rate SEO and Organic Growth Handle technical, on-page, and off-page SEO Run keyword research, competitor benchmarking, site audits, and content-gap analysis Track rankings, organic traffic, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and conversions, then act on what the data shows Analytics and Insights Set up and maintain GA4, GTM, Search Console, Meta Pixel/CAPI, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and UTM frameworks Build clear, decision-ready dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI, Excel, or Google Sheets Analyze funnels and attribution to find where we lose leads and where we can scale Lead Generation and CRO Generate qualified leads from both paid and organic channels Monitor lead quality and stage-by-stage funnel conversion Partner with Sales to improve lead handoff, follow-up, and landing-page performance Automation and AI Design workflows in n8n, Zapier, or Make, integrating CRMs, APIs, and webhooks Use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Copilot for research, content, analysis, and workflow automation Creative Support Contribute to social campaigns, ad creatives, reels, videos, and thumbnails using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, and AI design tools What We’re Looking For 2-5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with a track record in lead generation and customer acquisition Strong command of paid ads, SEO, GA4, GTM, Search Console, and conversion tracking Reporting experience in Looker Studio, Power BI, Excel, or Google Sheets Working knowledge of n8n, Zapier, or Make, plus APIs, webhooks, and CRM integrations Solid understanding of funnels, CRO, and ROI optimization Sharp analytical thinking, clear communication, and a problem-solving mindset Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Nice to Have Background in SaaS, tech, EdTech, fintech, or B2B/B2C lead generation Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho Basic HTML, JavaScript, and website architecture knowledge How We’ll Measure Your Success Days 1-30: Audit current campaigns, tracking, and reporting; close the gaps Days 31-60: Launch optimized campaigns and dashboards; automate at least two manual workflows Days 61-90: Show measurable gains in CPL, lead quality, and conversion rate Why You’ll Love Working Here Real budgets, real ownership, real results One role that covers paid media, SEO, automation, and AI Premium marketing and AI tools, plus support for continuous learning A collaborative team that tests ideas and lets data decide
