Job Description: Zippee is looking for a talented & experienced Recruiter to handle on-ground Manpower recruitment across Bangalore. Incredible yet challenging opportunity to work with Operations team at a high-growth Quick Commerce startup to drive meaningful impact. You will be responsible for hiring frontline manpower, including picker packers, delivery riders, and various dark store positions. The role involves field sourcing, bulk hiring, and coordinating walk-in drives to fulfill on-ground manpower requirements. This is a FIELD/ON-GROUND role that will involve travelling locally across various districts in Bengaluru. Roles & Responsibilities: Rider sourcing through field activities & calling. Visiting locations and conducting on-ground hiring drives. Building strong local networks for continuous rider supply. Source candidates through field visits, bulk hiring drives, local references, job portals, and social media (Job Hai, Apna, etc). Coordinate with Store teams and Central Ops teams for manpower planning. Manage documentation and joining formalities. Reduce attrition by proper candidate briefing and follow-up. Qualifications: 1-3 Years of Experience in field/bulk hiring/supply. Strong local candidate network. Good communication and convincing skills. Ability to work under hiring targets.
