HR Executive

Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about Human Resources and want to grow in a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews) Post job openings on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates Manage onboarding, documentation, and employee records Maintain HR databases and attendance records Assist in payroll coordination and HR operations Support employee engagement and HR activities Ensure compliance with company policies and HR practices Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) MS Excel and basic computer knowledge Strong organizational and multitasking skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Eligibility Criteria MBA (HR) / BBA / B.Com / Any Graduate 0–2 years of experience in HR Freshers with strong interest in HR are welcome Internship experience in HR is a plus What We Offer Hands-on experience in HR operations and recruitment Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing company Supportive and collaborative work environment Performance-based incentives
