Job description
Warewashing Wash and sanitize plates glassware pots pans and utensils using commercial dishwashing machines or 3-compartment sink methods. Sanitation & Deep Cleaning Scrub and sanitize kitchen floors walls drains hoods ovens grills and work surfaces. Waste Management Collect separate and dispose of garbage recyclables and food scraps according to health and safety regulations. Stocking & Organization Restock clean china silverware and kitchen supplies at various service stations and prep lines. Support & Logistics Unload food and equipment deliveries transport heavy supplies and assist with event or banquet buffet setups.
