This role is responsible for driving efficient site operations through effective team management, proactive planning, and quality control, while upholding stringent safety protocols to achieve a zero-harm work environment. The Projects TL Lead (Site) works closely with contractors, vendors, and local authorities to resolve challenges, maintain regulatory compliance, and optimize project costs, ultimately ensuring each project’s seamless transition to completion within organizational standards.
