Job description

As an AR Manager within the O2C (Order-to-Cash) function you will be responsible for performing various Accounts Receivable activities relating to follow up for outstanding payment application ensure short paid invoices are resolved and other customer service activities. Your role is crucial to accurately applying customer payments to open invoices managing unapplied or unidentified payments supporting customer inquiries related to payments and performing other AR-related activities. You will take initiative on process automation and adoption of best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy identify inefficiencies in payment workflows and recommend improvements to increase accuracy and reduce turnaround time and guide and support team members in addressing and resolving complex payment application and customer service issues assuring timely and accurate solutions.
