Manager - HR

Role Purpose Partner with business leaders across multiple sites to drive talent management employee engagement retention performance and HR compliance while ensuring a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end HR support for multiple locations. Drive manpower planning hiring onboarding and workforce productivity. Monitor and reduce attrition through retention initiatives and employee engagement. Handle employee relations grievance resolution and disciplinary matters. Support performance management talent development and succession planning. Ensure compliance with labor laws company policies and audit requirements. Build strong relationships with site leadership and provide HR insights for business decisions. Conduct regular site visits to assess employee concerns and HR effectiveness. Key Metrics Attrition & Retention Recruitment Closure Employee Engagement Compliance Score Grievance Resolution TAT Diversity Hiring Qualifications MBA/MSW in HR or equivalent. 8 years of HRBP/HR Generalist experience preferably managing multiple sites. Strong expertise in Employee Relations Stakeholder Management and HR Operations.
