Sales Manager - Healthcare Segment (2-10 Years Experience) As a Sales Manager in Sodexo& 39 s Healthcare Segment you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying developing and managing relationships with hospitals medical colleges healthcare institutions and healthcare networks. The role involves generating new business opportunities understanding client requirements preparing customized service solutions and delivering compelling value propositions aligned with Sodexo& 39 s integrated food facilities management and patient support services. The ideal candidate should possess 2 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales key account management healthcare services hospitality or facility management. You will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline conducting market research managing the sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure and collaborating closely with operations and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery. Key responsibilities include developing strategic customer relationships achieving revenue and profitability targets preparing proposals and presentations participating in tenders and negotiations and maintaining a deep understanding of healthcare industry trends and customer needs. The role requires regular engagement with hospital leadership teams procurement stakeholders and decision-makers to position Sodexo as a trusted strategic partner.
