Develop and manage an efficient KAM team to nurture a large portfolio of clients. Act as the client advocate internally — feed client input into product/service improvements and new offering development (e.g., low-water plant palettes, sensor-enabled plant care). Required skills and competencies Strong client relationship and stakeholder-management skills, comfortable engaging with C-level and facilities/real-estate decision makers. Commercial acumen with proven negotiation skills and experience closing contract renewals and expansions. Operational understanding of landscape/plant maintenance workflows and ability to translate horticulture constraints into commercial commitments.
