Senior Finance executive- MDM(O2C) Contract creation and maintenance Create update and maintain customer contracts in D365 based on approved agreements ensuring accurate capture of pricing contract periods billing frequency payment terms and amendments. Contract review and validation Interpret commercial terms and validate supporting documents and approvals before processing contract requests. Billing accuracy Maintain and validate billing schedules and instructions against approved contracts ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and preventing duplicate or missed billing. Accounting and financial controls Apply sound accounting principles to contract and billing transactions ensuring correct account coding financial dimensions accounting periods and treatment in accordance with company policies. Revenue accounting support Support the review of billed and unbilled revenue accruals and deferred revenue where applicable in coordination with the finance team. Master data governance Validate customer and contract-related master data including legal entities billing addresses currencies payment terms and applicable tax details. Reconciliation and month-end support Reconcile contract records billing schedules and invoices investigate discrepancies and support timely month-end closure. Exception and query resolution Coordinate with business commercial and finance teams to resolve incomplete requests pricing discrepancies contract amendments and billing queries. Compliance and documentation Maintain complete supporting documentation and audit trails adhere to approval controls and SOPs and escalate deviations promptly. Service delivery and improvement Meet agreed SLAs and accuracy targets maintain operational trackers and support process improvements system testing and SOP updates.
