Job description
GBS is expanding its Procurement & Supply Chain support scope and requires a strong enabler who can understand current country processes convert them into fit-for-GBS operating models and support smooth process migration. The role will operate in a high-visibility environment where credibility with Leadership and Country stakeholders is critical. The position requires end-to-end procurement understanding across requisition-to-purchase order sourcing support supplier coordination process governance ERP ways of working and procurement controls. The jobholder must work closely with overseas and cross-functional stakeholders manage ambiguity challenge current practices constructively and propose process improvements wherever applicable. The role must ensure that SOPs process maps RACI risks dependencies handover plans and stabilization requirements are clearly documented before go-live and embedded during post-transition support.
