Staff Management Supervise train and schedule servers hosts and bartenders. Conduct pre-shift briefings and performance evaluations.Operations Oversight Manage opening and closing duties monitor inventory levels and handle point-of-sale (POS) systems.Customer Service Greet guests ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints or special requests professionally.Quality & Safety Control Enforce local health hygiene and food safety regulations.
