Supervise daily food service operations and ensure smooth meal service as per client requirements and company standards. Monitor food quality hygiene service standards and customer satisfaction taking corrective actions when required. Manage and motivate service staff allocate duties and ensure proper manpower utilization. Control food costs minimize wastage and support inventory management and compliance requirements. Coordinate with clients kitchen and support teams to ensure efficient operations and achievement of site objectives
