Job description
Supervise daily kitchen operations across A B and C shifts. Ensure timely preparation and distribution of breakfast lunch dinner and other scheduled meals. Monitor food preparation according to approved menus and patient dietary requirements. Check food quality and portion sizes before dispatch. Coordinate with dieticians hospital staff and kitchen management for special patient diets. Ensure timely delivery of patient meals to respective wards and departments.
