We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales professionals who can drive sales, build lasting customer relationships, and contribute to business growth. Key Responsibilities / KRAs 1.Sales & Order Conversion – Handle leads, understand customer requirements, generate quotations, follow up and convert enquiries into confirmed orders. 2. Client Handling – Manage customer relationships, address queries, negotiate pricing and ensure a smooth sales experience. 3.Lead & Pipeline Management – Follow up on assigned leads, maintain the sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales/order targets. 4.Customer Acquisition & Retention – Identify new customers and drive repeat business from existing clients. 5.CRM – Maintain accurate customer/lead details, follow-up activities and sales updates in the CRM. Candidate Requirements: *0 to 3 years of experience in Inside Sales Calling. *Experience in EdTech, FinTech, Steel will be an added advantage. *Strong experience in client handling, order generation, sales conversion, and price negotiation. *Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, along with any 2–3 regional languages such as Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil. *Strong target-oriented approach, with excellent follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
