The role will focus on developing domestic and international markets, expanding partnerships, and accelerating business growth in the Animal Nutrition industry. Key Roles & Responsibilities Lead the Specialty Feed Ingredients business strategy and drive revenue growth globally . Identify and develop new opportunities in Animal Nutrition and Feed industry . Expand domestic and international markets through strategic partnerships and key accounts. Build strong relationships with feed manufacturers, distributors, and global customers . Drive product portfolio expansion including specialty additives and functional feed ingredients. Collaborate with R&D, sourcing, and commercial teams to develop innovative solutions for customers. Track market trends, regulatory landscape, and competitive intelligence in the feed industry. Build and lead a high-performing business team to accelerate market expansion. Qualifications & Experience Master’s/PhD in Animal Nutrition,Veterinary Science, Biotechnology, or related field . 8+ years of experience in Feed Ingredients / Animal Nutrition industry . Proven track record in business development, market expansion, and strategic partnerships . Experience working with global customers and international markets preferred.
