Amit is a seasoned banker with over 21 years of global retail banking experience. During this tenure with Standard Chartered, he held key positions like Country Head of Risk, Country Head of Retail Banking, and Head of Digital Banking for ASEAN and South Asia. So here we are – building our next venture with even brighter brains this time. Our vision is to revolutionize the lending industry in India. We are looking for highly ambitious, self-driven, and energetic graduates or postgraduates from any domain, including finance, who are willing to go the extra mile to help Finnable succeed. Major responsibilities include: 1. Underwriting a) Analyze and review loan submission documents, review credit/bureau reports and input information, analyze financial documentation, recommend loans for approval b) Provide support regarding underwriting’s overall pipeline, maintain a strong working knowledge of credit policy guidelines c) Manage and perform multiple tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment, serve as an internal point of contact regarding file status and disbursal of loans 2. Analysis a) Analyze and review the performance of loans on credit indicators like first payment default and delinquency b) Propose the segments which need expansion or tightening 3. Business growth a) Continuously work towards process improvement and simplification, which results in customer delight b) Coordinate with and support the sales team in growing the business without compromising on credit quality What will you get?
