Job description
Junior HR – HR Administration & Operations Location: Mumbai Experience: 2–3 years Function: Human Resources About the Role We are looking for a Junior HR to support day-to-day HR administration and ensure employee records, documentation and HR data are accurate and up to date. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update employee records, HR databases and trackers . Manage employee documentation including joining, onboarding and exit-related records. Ensure all employee information is accurately captured and regularly updated . Support the onboarding process, including documentation and coordination with new joiners. Maintain and organise employee files and HR documents . Assist with attendance, leave and other employee-related records. Coordinate with employees and internal stakeholders for pending documents and information. Prepare basic HR reports, MIS and trackers as required. Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative and operational activities. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information. Candidate Profile 2–3 years of experience in HR Administration / HR Operations . Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office . Good communication and follow-up skills. Organised, proactive and comfortable handling multiple employee records and requirements. Prior experience in F&B, Hospitality, Retail or a multi-location organisation would be an advantage.
