As Senior Client Solutions Manager for X in India, you will be the day-to-day link between our advertisers, their agencies and the teams that run their campaigns. You will own client relationships end to end, from planning and launch through to optimisation and review. This is not a coordination-only role. You will step in on campaigns and help with set-up and troubleshooting where it matters or when your judgement says it will move results faster. You are expected to understand how campaigns are built and optimised, explain it clearly to clients, and push back when a request will not deliver the result they want.   Location: Gurgaon (office-based, 3 days a week in office) What you will do :-

Own and grow relationships with advertisers and agencies on X, acting as their primary point of contact

Understand client business goals and turn them into campaign plans, media plans and proposals

Guide campaign set-up, targeting, creative and budget decisions. Step in hands-on where needed to setup, launch and optimize campaigns

Monitor performance, spot issues early and recommend optimisations that improve results

Prepare and present campaign reports, post-campaign analyses and quarterly business reviews

Handle client and agency queries, objections and escalations calmly and professionally

Work closely with X's partner and product teams to raise requests, access new features and resolve blockers

Support billing, approvals and collections follow-ups with clients and agencies

Bring market and category insights back to the team and help build a stronger book of business in North India

What you bring :- Must have :-

• 4 to 8 years of experience in client servicing, account management or client solutions within digital advertising, a media agency, an ad platform or a performance marketing team
• Hands-on experience running or optimising paid performance campaigns (for example X, Meta, Google or programmatic)
• Strong command of performance metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and conversion tracking
• Confident communicator who can hold a client conversation, handle objections and manage demanding agency stakeholders
• Strong presentation and reporting skills, including building clear decks and campaign summaries
• Comfortable working across clients, agencies and internal teams at the same time

Good to have :-

• Experience on X Ads or other social and video platforms
• Exposure to sectors such as auto, BFSI, gaming, tech or e-commerce
• Existing relationships with agencies or advertisers in North India
Where You Will Work :- Our office is in Gurgaon, and this role requires 3 days a week in the office.
