Engineering & Project Head

Responsibilities: Preventive & Predictive Maintenance : Developing, scheduling, and performing regular inspections, maintenance checks, and repairs to prevent equipment failure. Troubleshooting & Repair Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic faults and executing immediate, effective repairs. Operations Optimization : Identifying opportunities for improvements in machinery reliability and performance to increase productivity. Safety & Compliance : Ensuring all machinery and installations comply with occupational health and safety regulations, such as OSHA . Project Management & Installation : Supervising the installation, commissioning, and decommissioning of machinery, as well as upgrading existing systems. Technical Support & Documentation : Maintaining detailed documentation of maintenance activities, managing spare parts inventory, and training operators on new equipment. Cost Control & Scheduling : Managing maintenance budgets and coordinating with production teams to schedule maintenance tasks without disrupting production. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field. Experience: Minimum 10–15 years in project management roles within the chemical or related manufacturing industry. Proven track record of successfully managing medium to large-scale projects. Certification in Project Management or equivalent project management qualification is preferred. Skills: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple data sources and meet reporting timelines. Proficiency in project management software. Sound understanding of chemical manufacturing processes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
